WARNING - Thai food is known to be spicy and our chef has warned us that he is staying true to their local cuisine. It will be awesome - but this is a word to the wise to our mild loving friends. 🙂

Joseph Decuis has become one of Indiana's most highly awarded restaurants. It has consistently earned the "Best of Award of Excellence" by Wine Spectator, AAA's Four Diamond Award, and voted Indiana's #1 Restaurant (and one of the Top 50 in the United States) by Open Table diners

The Joseph Decuis luncheon series started out in 2004 as a "Vineyard Lunch" and they have traveled the globe experiencing different cuisines and wines. It's hard to imagine but somehow the Joseph Decuis team thought that felt limiting! They are not sure there are any vineyards in Thailand (I will have to look that up) but they are now enjoying the ability to go "beyond the vineyards" and explore foods in locations not known for their wine. Still, they will match the luncheon with wines that pair well with it (and that they like) - and they hope you like them too! Or, choose your own drink.
