As an official club, we have relationships that we can many times leverage with local Service Center staff, Tesla approved body shops, and our Assigned Club Tesla Corporate Representative...

These folks may be able to help us get answers and in some instances, like when problems are not likely to be individual or car specific, we may even be able to get help “Hand Walking” questions or issues to those specific Tesla Team folks and Leaders who can best help with a resolution.
